We’re excited to be partnering with a complex, consumer-facing organization on the appointment of a Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Direct.This is a high-visibility, player/coach opportunity leading technically complex, operationally critical Direct categories.Key areas include:Engine maintenance / MROAircraft components and repairAircraft safety equipmentAvionics and electrical systemsAircraft interiors and cabin systemsOther technically complex Direct categoriesWe’re looking for someone with:Strong Direct Procurement / Strategic Sourcing experienceExperience sourcing technically complex products, components or servicesAviation, aerospace or MRO experience highly preferred. Other related industries considered.Strong Engineering and OEM/supplier exposureProven player/coach leadershipA self-directed, inquisitive and hands-on approachThis is an opportunity to build, influence and help shape the future of the procurement organization, with significant autonomy and senior leadership exposure.Position can be based in New York or Florida.
