For the Good of TomorrowDubai Holding is looking to hire a Senior Manager – Strategy & Business Management within the Office of the Group Chief Investment Officer (GCIO). The role holder will serve as a trusted business partner within the GCIO Office, acting as an extension of leadership to help drive strategic priorities, executive governance, stakeholder alignment, organisational effectiveness and cross-functional coordination across both Dubai Holding Investments (DHI) and Strategy & Value Creation (S&VC).Operating in a high-visibility environment, the role combines elements of strategic planning, executive business management, investment support and organisational coordination. The successful candidate will help ensure senior leadership remains focused on the most critical priorities by orchestrating initiatives across multiple stakeholders, driving follow-through, preparing executive materials and maintaining oversight of key actions and decisions.The role is ideally suited to a proactive, detail-oriented individual who combines experience within strategy consulting, the GCIO Office, helping manage strategic priorities, stakeholder engagement and executive commitments.Support leadership in prioritising activities, managing competing demands and maintaining focus on the most critical business objectives.Establish and maintain visibility of key initiatives, decisions, risks, dependencies, stakeholders and deadlines across DHI and S&VC, ensuring effective coordination and timely execution of agreed actions.Anticipate business needs and proactively identify actions required to keep priorities on track.Drive effective follow-through on commitments made in leadership, investment and governance forums by coordinating stakeholders, tracking deliverables and proactively removing barriers to execution.Stakeholder Coordination & Organisational EffectivenessAct as the central coordination point across strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between leadership priorities, stakeholders and execution teams.Coordinate activities and information flows across DHI, S&VC, business verticals and corporate functions.Build strong working relationships across a broad network of stakeholders and facilitate effective collaboration across teams.Ensure leadership decisions, commitments and action items are clearly communicated, understood and followed through.Identify bottlenecks, competing priorities and execution risks, proactively driving resolution and alignment.Support senior leadership in maintaining visibility across multiple workstreams, stakeholders and organisational priorities.Drive accountability and momentum across initiatives by coordinating stakeholders who do not report directly into the role.Strategic Planning & Priority ManagementSupport the development, tracking and execution of strategic priorities across the Office of the GCIO.Lead day-to-day coordination of cross-functional initiatives involving senior stakeholders across DHI, S&VC and business verticals, ensuring alignment, timely decision-making and execution against agreed objectives.Monitor progress against key strategic objectives and ensure issues are escalated appropriately.Help translate leadership direction into executable workplans, actions and decision-making frameworks.Support special projects and strategic initiatives as required.Executive Communications & Leadership Materials Prepare executive-level presentations, briefing packs, reports, updates and discussion materials for senior leadership meetings.Ensure leadership is fully prepared for key meetings, reviews, governance forums and stakeholder engagements.Translate complex business, investment and strategic topics into concise, executive-ready communications.Maintain exceptional standards of quality, accuracy and attention to detail across all outputs.Support preparation of talking points, executive correspondence and leadership messaging where required.Governance & Action Management Coordinate leadership meetings, governance forums, steering committees and strategic reviews.Maintain oversight of key decisions, actions and stakeholder commitments.Ensure actions are assigned, tracked and delivered in a timely manner.Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure execution remains aligned with expectations.Support the preparation of governance materials and executive updates as required.Investment & Commercial SupportSupport investment reviews, strategic initiatives and value creation activities through research and analysis.Prepare market assessments, investment summaries and strategic business case materials.Conduct commercial and financial analysis to support decision making.Identify key insights, risks and opportunities to inform leadership discussions.Support the development and assessment of strategic initiatives across the portfolio.Who we are looking for:6–8 years of experience within strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity or similar high-performance corporate strategy environments.Strong preference for candidates who combine strategy consulting experience with investment banking, private equity, sovereign wealth fund, corporate development or other investment-related exposure.Experience working directly with senior executives, leadership teams or executive offices.Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders, functions and business units, often without direct reporting authority.Experience operating in highly demanding, fast-paced and dynamic environments.Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, ambiguity and competing priorities.Critical Success
