Make your career count in a warm, personal and hands-on environment!How you make it countAs a Senior Manager Strategy & Transformation – Banking, you help financial institutions respond to changing customer expectations, regulatory developments, cost pressures and technological innovation.You act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and translate their strategic objectives into practical transformation roadmaps. Depending on the client’s needs, your projects may cover banking operations, customer and commercial transformation, digitalisation, process optimisation, lending, payments or other strategic banking topics. You are a leader within your practice and are able to think strategically about the value propositions of your team. You translate ambitions in concrete initiatives to reach our collective goals and targets.Some responsibilities we trust you with:Leading complex banking transformation programmes, from defining the strategy and roadmap to implementation and follow-up.Advising senior stakeholders on strategic, operational and organisational challenges within banking.Identifying opportunities to improve operating models, processes, customer journeys and digital capabilities.Translating business ambitions into concrete initiatives, ensuring alignment between business, technology and regulatory stakeholders.Building trusted client relationships and identifying opportunities where BDO can provide additional support.Contributing to proposals, client presentations and the further development of BDO’s banking transformation offering.Managing multidisciplinary project teams while monitoring scope, quality, planning and budget.Coaching colleagues, sharing your expertise and supporting their professional development.What do you bring to the table?You have substantial experience in banking transformation, financial services consulting or a strategic transformation role within a bank.You understand the challenges financial institutions face and can advise senior stakeholders on strategic, operational and digital transformation.You have experience leading complex projects, managing multidisciplinary teams and taking responsibility for successful delivery.You can develop client relationships, identify business opportunities and contribute to proposals and commercial discussions.You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you see opportunities, are proactive and have a can do attitude.
