The job holder is responsible for working closely with the Executive Director – Strategy & Value Creation Office in establishing and implementing the governance framework for Strategy Execution & Monitoring and supporting in implementation of strategic initiatives to meet the intended objectives, and also support with Governance activities as required. If you are ready to embark on a dynamic journey where your talents are valued, and your contributions make a real impact, we would like to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Transformation and TechLead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide transformation programmes, including operating model redesign, process optimization, AI-enabled transformation and customer experience improvement.Building new businessesDevelop robust blueprints for new businesses, covering market assessment, value proposition, go-to-market strategy, operating model and business plan validation. Translate approved business blueprints into executable implementation plans and lead mobilization through launch.Portfolio managementLead periodic reviews of portfolio companies’ strategic initiatives and key milestones.Prepare management updates highlighting progress, key risks and mitigation actions.Review and challenge vertical submissions to ensure accurate, consistent and reliable reporting.Implementation special projectsDefine and assess the readiness of initiatives ensuring that they are set up for success aligned with Dubai Holding’s business objectives and priorities.Manage initiatives end-to-end e.g., identifying and structuring problems, analyzing root causes, developing and recommending solutions, developing execution approach / methodology, mitigating identified risks, while managing a complex stakeholder landscape across business.Define effective and sustainable delivery milestones of strategic transformational initiatives.Stakeholder Management and CommunicationManage cross-functional initiatives and ensure on-time delivery with high level of accuracy through effective collaboration.Ensure regular information exchange with all relevant stakeholders and update them on the development progress across projects.Build relationships with key personnel to help achieve organizational goals.ReportingContribute to the development of presentations on business cases, research, progress across key mandated objectives, performance and communicate results across the organization.Responsible for the preparation of business presentations and reports related to Strategy & Value Creation for various stakeholders, on periodic and ad hoc basis as and when required.Who we are looking for:Between 4-6 years’ experience in a strategy role within consulting or similar organizationsGood knowledge of the real estate industry gained through direct industry experience or several projects in the sector.Education / Professional Certifications:Minimum: Bachelor’s degreePreferred: MBA / CFA / CA qualified Technical Competencies:Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsAdvanced quantitative analysis and modelling skillsExcellent mastery of Excel and PowerPointAbility to take ownership and deliver in line with high expectationsAbility to synthesize and clearly, and coherently, frame and communicate analyses and findings to managementAbility to work independently and as part of a team tooExcellent ability to prioritize activities whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressureStrong attention to detailStrong interpersonal skillsEvolved organizational awareness and stakeholder management.Behavioral CompetenciesSolution-oriented mindsetProactive and solution-oriented mindsetAdaptability and comfort with ambiguityCollaborative communication and stakeholder influenceIntellectual curiosity and constructive challengeResilience and composure under pressureAs much as we would be delighted to entertain all applicants, due to the high volumes of applications, only successful applicants will be contacted within 14 business days.
