I'm managing a search for a (Senior) Manager, Strategy Consulting — Southeast AsiaA top-tier global strategy firm is looking for a Manager to join and help grow its Financial Services practice across Southeast Asia.The structure:🏢 Role: (Senior) Manager, Strategy Consulting 📍 Location: Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines or Indonesia 📅 Experience: 5 to 7 years (pure consulting) or 7 to 10 years (industry plus consulting) ✈ Travel: Frequent regional travelWhy this firm:The firm is in a significant growth phase across SEA, offering innovative and creative strategy solutions for clients. The FI experience they are looking for:Most preferred: Consumer/retail banking or SME banking, across general strategy, transformation work including segmentation, Islamic banking, growth strategy, long-term transformation, digitization projects, and IT modernization.Also considered: Wholesale banking and insurance/asset management across operational improvement, credit and collection, general strategy and IT work.Fintech and traditional consumer finance backgrounds welcomed. Experience working with retail and SME customers is the key marker. Regulatory bodies, central banks and credit bureaus are less preferred.Background:Pure consulting: currently at Manager or Senior Manager level, 5 to 7 years' experience.Industry plus consulting: 7 to 10 years.
