Senior Manager Structural Engineering-Saudi National

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Structural Engineering to lead structural design, technical assurance, quality, compliance, and sustainability throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality commercial and mixed-use developments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead structural design, technical reviews, and multidisciplinary coordination.Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, quality, and safety requirements.Manage project deliverables, budgets, programmes, and technical risks.Oversee consultants, contractors, and stakeholder relationships.Drive value engineering, sustainability, and design optimization.Lead high-performing teams and promote collaboration and continuous improvement.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering; a master’s degree is preferred.Chartered Engineer or PMP certification is an advantage. Significant leadership experience in major commercial or mixed-use developments.Strong expertise in structural design, technical assurance, consultant management, and regulatory compliance.Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
