Senior Manager - Sustainable Finance & Product Development

Job Summary: Support the development, implementation, and enhancement of sustainable finance products and green banking initiatives across UBL. The role will work closely with business, risk, and support functions to facilitate integration of sustainability principles into the Bank's products and services, ensuring alignment with UBL's sustainability strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Job Responsibilities

Design, structure, and roll out green and transition finance products.Manage Operations and maintain the Bank’s Sustainable Finance Framework to ensure compliance with regional mandates.Work closely with business units (Corporate, SME, Retail), Risk, Legal, Operations, Shariah boards & Islamic banking teams across all operational regionsPartner with front-line Relationship Managers across both geographies to identify green business opportunities, Establish KPIs to measure the uptake, volume, and environmental/social impact of green assets across regional portfolios for internal and regulatory reporting.Deliver practical tool-kits, guidance, and training programs to front-line sales, credit, and risk teams across all regional branches to drive consistent adoption of sustainable finance.Qualification & Experience: Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Sustainability, or a related discipline.8–12 years of banking experience, with at least 5 years in sustainable finance, product development, corporate banking, ESG, or structured finance.
