This position is not with OVI.Join as a Senior Manager in Takaful Regulatory Compliance, playing a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with UAE's Takaful regulatory framework.Key Responsibilities• Lead a comprehensive review of regulatory and anti-money laundering frameworks for an insurance institution.• Ensure compliance with UAE Takaful regulatory framework, including Board Decision 26 of 2014.• Oversee solvency requirements for Takaful insurance companies.• Collaborate with teams to set up regulatory frameworks for insurance institutions.Your Profile• 10 to 15 years of experience in Takaful regulatory compliance.• Hands-on experience with UAE Takaful regulatory framework.• Strong understanding of AML and compliance in insurance.• Knowledge of AAOIFI and IFSB standards is a plus.What's Offered• Fixed-term contract for 12 months.• Hybrid working model in the UAE.• Opportunity to be an equity partner in the business.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the Takaful regulatory space in the UAE.
