Apply & track with Apply EdgeQiddiya Digital is seeking experienced Senior Manager - Technical Product Management to take end-to-end product ownership of critical digital capabilities across Qiddiya's ecosystem.The role will work in close partnership with the Lead Software Engineer assigned to the same domain. Together, they will form the core product and engineering leadership for the domain, ensuring that business objectives, customer needs, technical quality, and operational requirements are considered throughout the product lifecycle.The Senior Technical Product Manager will be accountable for product roadmap, priorities, requirements, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes. The role will also oversee vendor product and delivery teams, ensuring that Qiddiya retains ownership of its roadmap, product decisions, requirements, and domain knowledge.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the product roadmap, and priorities for the assigned digital domainTranslate business objectives and customer needs into clear product capabilities, requirements, and measurable outcomesPartner closely with the Lead Software Engineer to align product priorities with architecture, technical feasibility, platform health, and engineering capacityMaintain and prioritise the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, risk, dependencies, and technical considerationsDefine clear business requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, success measures, and non-functional expectationsEnsure product capabilities are designed for reuse across Qiddiya's assets, brands, channels, and customer journeysLead discovery activities, including stakeholder workshops, customer research, journey analysis, process mapping, and solution validationWork closely with Experience Design, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Operations, Cybersecurity, Commercial, and other business teamsCoordinate dependencies and integration requirements across internal platforms, external partners, and related product domainsProvide product direction and oversight to vendor delivery teams, ensuring delivery remains aligned with Qiddiya's priorities and standardsEnsure that product decisions, requirements, documentation, and platform knowledge are retained within QiddiyaDefine product KPIs and use data, customer insights, operational feedback, and platform performance to guide prioritisationMonitor adoption, conversion, customer experience, operational performance, and business outcomes after releaseSupport incident management by assessing customer and business impact, coordinating stakeholder communication, and prioritising remediationBalance the delivery of new capabilities with technical debt, resilience, compliance, operational improvement, and platform sustainabilityMaintain clear communication on roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and expected outcomesRequirements7+ Years of product-management experience within complex digital, technology, or customer-facing environmentsProven experience owning digital products from discovery through delivery, launch, operation, and continuous improvementStrong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, digital platforms, data flows, cloud services, and modern software-delivery practicesExperience managing products within areas such as commerce, checkout, loyalty, customer accounts, mobile experiences, ticketing, payments, or digital platformsStrong experience defining product strategies, roadmaps, business requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomesProven ability to work closely with engineering teams and make informed product and technical trade-offsExperience overseeing vendors, system integrators, or outsourced product and delivery teamsStrong analytical skills and experience using product, customer, operational, and commercial data to guide decisionsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, cross-domain dependencies, and complex delivery environmentsStrong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making skillsAbility to influence teams and stakeholders without relying on direct line-management authority
