Our solutions streamline practice management, EMR, scheduling, lead generation, and digital marketing, helping hundreds of clinics boost revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance patient experiences.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of progressive leadership experience in software engineering and technology leadership.Strong background in modern software development practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure).Must have hands-on experience with .NET, SQL, and Microsoft Azure for building and scaling cloud-based applications.Must have strong experience in C#.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working closely with product and business teams in a cross-functional environment.Demonstrated success leading and scaling technical teams in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Technical LeadershipProvide day-to-day leadership for engineering teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and smooth execution of technology initiatives.Break down business and product requirements into clear technical tasks and deliverables.Offer hands-on guidance in architecture discussions, development decisions, and technical problem-solving.Project Delivery & ExecutionOversee project execution, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and milestones are met.Manage sprint planning, resource coordination, and cross-team communication.Proactively identify risks, challenges, or delays and implement solutions to keep projects on track.Team Management & DevelopmentMentor and support engineers, leads, and developers to foster growth, collaboration, and accountability.Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance development within the team.Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and a positive team culture.Technical OversightEnsure code quality, proper documentation, and adherence to development standards.Monitor system performance, scalability, and security considerations across projects.Recommend technical improvements and stay updated on emerging tools and technologies.Operational ExcellenceTrack engineering KPIs, project metrics, and operational performance.Improve development workflows, processes, and team efficiency.Contribute to establishing and enhancing engineering standards and procedures.
