SAP Managing Consultant - SD (Sales & Distribution)Location: Germany (Remote/Hybrid options available)Desired Start: ASAPAbout the Role:We're partnering with a leading global technology and consulting organization to identify an SAP Managing Consultant - SD for an urgent requirement within their growing SAP practice. This is a senior leadership opportunity to drive delivery excellence across multiple S/4HANA transformation programs while managing complex client engagements and contributing to practice development.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end SAP SD module implementations and upgrades in S/4HANA environments as workstream or delivery leadDrive Order-to-Cash (O2C) process design, advanced pricing configuration, and billing solutions at an architectural levelAct as primary escalation point for complex functional and technical SD challenges across projectsConduct C-level workshops and stakeholder management for enterprise clients across diverse industriesEnsure quality delivery, resource planning, and alignment with project timelines and budgetsCollaborate with cross-functional practice leads (FI, CO, MM, PP, SCM, EWM) to deliver integrated solutionsContribute to pre-sales activities, proposal development, and client relationship buildingMentor and develop consultants within the SD practiceRequired Experience:7+ years of hands-on SAP SD consulting experience with proven leadership on large-scale programsMinimum 3+ full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations (end-to-end projects as lead or co-lead)Deep expertise in O2C processes, advanced pricing configuration, output determination, credit management, and SD architectureStrong experience with SAP SD integration points (FI-CO, MM, PP, EWM, TM, BRIM)Demonstrated people management or team leadership experience (mentoring, performance management, career development)Business fluency in English is mandatory; German language skills are strongly preferredCommercial acumen with experience in project profitability, resource planning, and delivery governanceMinimum 60% willingness to travel within Germany and Austria as project requirements dictateWhat's on Offer:Competitive salary package (discussed upon initial conversation)Flexible working arrangements (remote/hybrid/onsite options depending on project phase)Opportunity to lead high-profile S/4HANA transformation programs for enterprise clientsClear career progression pathway to Senior Manager/Director level within a global organizationContinuous learning, certification support, and leadership development programsCollaborative, international team environment with exposure to cutting-edge SAP technologies
