Senior Marine Projects Specialist (Emirati) – Dubai governmentA leading Dubai Government entity is looking for a Senior Marine Projects Specialist to join its Public Beaches & Waterways Management team.

Location: Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:Lead the planning and delivery of marine, coastal, waterfront, beach, and landscape projects.Manage project design, construction, timelines, quality, and technical requirements.Oversee contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Manage FIDIC-based contracts, variations, claims, and contractual matters.Ensure projects meet quality, sustainability, HSE, and applicable technical standards.Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and key milestones.Provide technical leadership and resolve project-related challenges.Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; a Master’s degree is preferred.10+ years of experience in engineering/project management.Experience in coastal, marine, waterfront, beach, or infrastructure projects is preferred.Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims, and project management.Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.If you meet the above requirements and have relevant marine/coastal project experience, we would be pleased to hear from you.
