Senior Marine Superintendent

We're partnered with a leading shipping group in Dubai who are appointing a Senior Marine Superintendent to their tanker fleet.This is a business with deep roots in the region and a global footprint, with this hire focused on maintaining the standard of their excellent reputation.You'll take ownership of the technical and operational oversight of large crude oil tankers - vetting, inspections, dry-docking, incident investigation, and full compliance across class, flag, and charterer requirements. A shore-based role, but one that demands the judgment and credibility that only comes from serious time at sea.We're talking to candidates who've sailed up to Master rank with strong VLCC or Suezmax experience across various ranks, alongside genuine shore-based Marine Superintendent exposure.
