Role: Senior Associate – Market & Customer IntelligenceLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEWe're looking for a Senior Associate – Market & Customer Intelligence to join a leading real estate developer's Commercial Excellence team.In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping business decisions by analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitive intelligence across the UAE real estate sector, with a strong focus on Abu Dhabi. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, support pricing and product strategies, evaluate project feasibility, and develop market forecasts that drive portfolio growth.We're looking for professionals with:5+ years of experience in real estate market research, intelligence, or analytics.Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.Expertise in market analysis, sales performance analytics, forecasting, and feasibility studies.Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Tableau, Quanta, or similar analytics platforms.Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.If you're a data-driven professional who enjoys turning insights into business impact and wants to contribute to high-profile real estate developments, we'd love to hear from you.
