قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجOverview:- The Marketing & Communications Senior Specialist is a senior operational role within the ADHDS Marketing and Communications function, responsible for the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of integrated 360° marketing and communications campaigns.The role requires a seasoned marketing and communications professional with strong expertise in integrated campaign management, covering the full campaign lifecycle from strategic planning and audience segmentation through creative development and briefing, channel activation, stakeholder management, and performance measurement.The ideal candidate will bring experience gained within a specialized agency environment, with strong exposure to the technology and healthcare sectors, and the ability to translate complex business priorities into compelling, audience-focused marketing and communications initiatives. The role requires strong commercial awareness, creative thinking, operational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and campaigns simultaneously..Responsibilities:-Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end, 360° marketing and communications campaigns aligned with organizational strategy and mandate-specific objectives.Develop campaign strategies, timelines, and activation plans that integrate across digital, social, content, events, PR, and stakeholder engagement channels.Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery and brand consistency.Support the alignment of MarCom activities with DoH PPP requirements, ensuring all communications meet regulatory and partnership obligations.Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.Develop and maintain content calendars, editorial plans, and campaign reporting dashboards.Brief and manage creative production (working closely with the Creative Lead) to ensure assets are strategically aligned and delivered to specification.Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.Support corporate communications activities including thought leadership, executive communications, and stakeholder engagement initiatives for Mandate 2.Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, audience insights, and competitive intelligence to inform campaign planning.Qualifications:- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in marketing and communications, with a strong track record of managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns from concept to completion.Background in a specialized agency environment is strongly preferred, ideally with deep exposure to the technology and/or healthcare sectors.Demonstrated ability to manage 360° campaigns across digital, social, content, events, PR, and stakeholder engagement channels.Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling briefs, narratives, and reports.Experience working within regulated or government-adjacent environments (e.g., public-private partnerships, healthcare systems) is a strong advantage.Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, analytics, CMS, email marketing).Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
