They've built a reputation not just for their size and scale, but for a people-first culture and strong core values that are truly embedded across the business.The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced analyst to sit at the intersection of Marketing, CRM, Paid Media, Digital Analytics, and Commercial functions, playing a central role in connecting data to decision-making across the business.You'll work as a true partner to stakeholders rather than a passive report producer - shaping the analytical agenda, challenging assumptions, and translating complex business questions into structured analysis that drives action. The role spans recurring performance reporting, A/B testing, marketing mix analysis, and audience segmentation, offering genuine variety and ownership.The CandidateKey attributes of the suitable Senior Marketing Analyst include:Marketing Analytics Expertise: At least 4-5 years' experience in marketing, commercial or customer analytics, with a track record of insight influencing business decisions.Technical Proficiency: Advanced SQL skills and strong Excel proficiency, with demonstrable experience using data visualisation tools (PowerBI strongly preferred).Testing & Modelling: Solid practical knowledge of A/B test design, regression techniques and segmentation, plus experience interpreting Marketing Mix Modelling outputs.Stakeholder Communication: Proven ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior, non-technical stakeholders.
