Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-time, on-siteRole OverviewThe Senior Marketing Executive will support the Head of Brand Marketing in delivering LC’s brand strategy across trade marketing, brand partnerships, PR, activations, campaigns and wider brand marketing initiatives.

This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can independently manage multiple marketing workstreams from planning through to execution, while ensuring all activity remains aligned with LC’s brand identity, commercial priorities and marketing calendar. The role will work closely across Product, Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce, Performance Marketing, Social Media and Creative Production to ensure campaigns and brand initiatives are delivered consistently, on time and to a high standard. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, commercially aware and comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for direction on every task.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Marketing & Campaign ExecutionSupport the Head of Brand Marketing in delivering the overall brand marketing strategy.Manage assigned brand campaigns from brief through to execution and post-campaign review.Develop campaign timelines, coordinate internal stakeholders and ensure deliverables remain on track.Translate brand direction into clear execution across retail, digital, social, PR, wholesale and other customer touchpoints.Ensure all marketing activity remains consistent with LC’s positioning, tone of voice and visual identity.Support seasonal launches, promotional campaigns, key trading moments and wider brand initiatives.Maintain visibility over upcoming priorities and proactively flag risks, delays or missing requirements.Trade MarketingOwn day-to-day trade marketing coordination across LC’s retail network.Work closely with the Retail team to align marketing activity with the retail and promotional calendar.Coordinate store signage, POS materials, window messaging and other in-store marketing requirements.Manage marketing requirements relating to mall campaigns and mall management teams.Coordinate mall submissions, campaign participation, marketing opportunities and required collateral.Support store openings, launches, events and retail activations.Identify and execute initiatives designed to support store awareness, footfall and customer engagement.Ensure retail marketing activity remains consistent across locations and aligned with the LC brand.Brand Partnerships & ActivationsSupport the development and execution of strategic brand partnerships.Identify relevant collaboration opportunities aligned with LC’s target customer and positioning.Coordinate brand events, community activations, giveaways and collaborative initiatives.Manage partnership timelines, deliverables and internal coordination.Support the brand marketing side of selected wholesale partnerships and external brand opportunities.Maintain relationships with relevant partners and ensure commitments are delivered effectively.Assist with measuring the impact and value of partnerships and activations.PR, Influencer & CommunicationsSupport day-to-day coordination of LC’s PR activity alongside the Head of Brand Marketing and external partners where applicable.Assist with press releases, media announcements, press gifting and brand communications.Coordinate influencer seeding, gifting, partnerships and relevant campaign activity.Maintain influencer, press and partner databases.Identify relevant PR and influencer opportunities aligned with the brand.Support affiliate marketing initiatives where required.Coordinate product, imagery, information and assets required for press and influencer activity.Track coverage, influencer activity and campaign outcomes.Ensure external communications accurately reflect LC’s positioning and key messages.Creative & Production CoordinationWork closely with the Content Producer, Social Media team, Graphic Designer and wider Brand Marketing team to support content and campaign production.Assist with campaign briefs, mood boards and creative planning.Coordinate requirements for seasonal campaigns, product launches and marketing shoots.Work with the team to ensure assets are produced for the correct channels, formats and deadlines.Support model, location, styling, sample and shoot requirements where needed.Ensure final assets are distributed to the relevant internal teams including Social, E-commerce, Performance Marketing, Retail and Wholesale.Maintain visibility over production needs and ensure campaign execution is not delayed due to missing assets or information.Marketing Calendar & Cross-Functional CoordinationSupport the management of the overall Brand Marketing calendar.Ensure key product launches, promotions, retail events, commercial priorities and campaign dates are reflected within marketing plans.Work closely with Product to understand collection launches, product priorities and sample availability.Coordinate with E-commerce and Performance Marketing to ensure campaign messaging and creative assets are aligned.Partner with Retail and Wholesale teams on marketing requirements and commercial opportunities.Work with Social Media to ensure wider brand campaigns are translated effectively across social channels.Ensure clear communication between departments and follow up proactively on outstanding actions.Marketing Operations & AdministrationManage marketing trackers, timelines, briefs and campaign documentation.Raise and track marketing POs, invoices and supplier requirements where applicable.Coordinate external suppliers, agencies, production partners and vendors.Maintain organised records of campaign assets, approvals and key documentation.Support marketing budget tracking and ensure costs remain within agreed parameters.Provide regular updates to the Head of Brand Marketing on progress, priorities and risks.Support post-campaign reporting and capture key learnings for future activity.Candidate ProfileMinimum 4–6 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, beauty, retail or a consumer-facing brand.Strong experience managing marketing campaigns and projects from planning through to execution.Previous exposure to trade marketing, partnerships, events, PR or influencer marketing is highly desirable.Experience working within a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment is preferred.Strong understanding of brand marketing and the importance of consistent brand identity.Excellent project management and organisational skills.Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines at the same time.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.Commercially aware and able to understand how marketing supports sales, customer acquisition and brand growth.Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership.Able to work independently while knowing when to escalate or seek direction.Strong attention to detail.Confident working across both strategic and executional tasks.Experience coordinating agencies, suppliers, influencers or external partners is an advantage.Strong written and spoken English.UAE experience and familiarity with the regional retail and marketing landscape would be advantageous.
