Senior Marketing Manager

A global executive search firm specialising in private equity, is seeking a Marketing Manager. The role holder would be responsible for the design and implementation of all marketing activity for the global team.Responsibilities:Design and deliver a marketing strategy that unites brand, performance, SEO, AI-driven optimisation, and off-line campaigns - driving high-intent demand and measurable revenue impactLead and coach, a small team, executing integrated campaigns, ABM marketing, events, paid activity, and digital contentOversee continuous optimisation of digital channels and marketing tech infrastructure to improve insights, efficiency, and customer experienceDeliver a strategic events programme - including flagship events, webinars, sector activations, and speaker opportunities - to expand reach and deepen engagementOversee the global and regional marketing execution of campaigns across multiple channels (email, digital, social, content syndication, paid media, ABM, etc.)Establish standardised campaign frameworks and processes to enable repeatable, high-impact campaign delivery at scaleManage centralised campaigns including the management of asset production, QA, and campaign optimisationWork cross-functionally with content, product marketing, and demand generation to translate strategy into execution-ready campaignsRequirements:8+ years private equity experience Track-record of multi-channel marketing leadership Content and multi-channel digital strategies essential Demonstrated success influencing at C-suite or executive leadership level, driving strategic alignment and contributing to enterprise decision-makingProven track record of building and executing marketing strategies that directly support commercial growth, brand elevation, and market expansionKnowledge of growth marketing, brand leadership, and data-driven performance optimisation at scale£80-90,000 base salary - dependant on experienceLondon3-days in the office
