Senior Marketing Manager

🚀 We’re Hiring | Senior Marketing Manager – Riyadh, KSAWAFY is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our consumer marketing strategy and strengthen our brand presence across Saudi Arabia.This is a key leadership role for a commercially minded marketer who knows how to combine brand building, performance marketing, content, and consumer acquisition to drive measurable growth.What you’ll be responsible for:

• Lead and evolve WAFY’s brand positioning, identity, and consumer communication across all touchpoints.
• Develop and execute consumer acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels.
• Lead integrated and seasonal campaigns around key Saudi occasions, entertainment seasons, and major events.
• Own performance marketing across paid social, search, and app acquisition, with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Drive the content and social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and other relevant platforms.
• Build and manage partnerships with creators and influencers to grow authentic consumer reach.
• Oversee creative production and ensure marketing output supports both brand and commercial objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets, attribution, reporting, and continuous campaign optimisation.
• Lead and develop the marketing team while managing external creative, media, performance, and PR agencies.
• Bring the Saudi consumer perspective into broader business and product decisions.What we’re looking for:
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including strong leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi consumer market, digital platforms, cultural moments, and consumer behaviour.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of performance marketing, ROAS, CAC, attribution, and growth optimisation.
• Proven experience building or significantly growing a consumer-facing brand.
• Strong experience across content, social media, and integrated campaigns.
