Senior Marketing Manager

We’re Hiring | Senior Marketing ManagerCan you turn marketing investment into qualified leads, sales pipeline and measurable business growth?A logistics and cold chain business is seeking a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager with proven B2B logistics marketing experience.Embedded within the business, you’ll partner with Commercial and Sales to execute campaigns, attract customers and improve conversion. Central Marketing will support corporate branding, PR, communications and website delivery.Key responsibilities:

• Execute campaigns across digital, email, content, social media and events.
• Generate qualified leads and track opportunities with Sales through to customer acquisition.
• Manage campaign budgets and optimise acquisition costs, conversion rates and commercial returns.
• Develop targeted customer propositions and cross-selling campaigns.
• Use CRM and marketing analytics to measure results and guide investment.What we’re looking for:
• Marketing experience in logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, 3PL or cold chain.
• Demonstrated success in demand generation and sales pipeline contribution.
• Hands-on campaign execution and strong knowledge of marketing metrics.
• Commercial judgement, initiative and effective stakeholder management.
• GCC or international market exposure would be an advantage.
