Hybrid Working - 4 Days Office, 1 Day at Home. We are seeking a commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager looking to make your mark in a fast-growing B2B FMCG business.The CompanyOur client is a successful, family-owned food manufacturer with an outstanding reputation for quality, innovation and customer service. Supplying leading retailers, coffee shops, and major institutions across the UK with high quality, fresh, sustainable food while being ever mindful of their environmental impact.It was already a large business, but over the past 5 years they have entered an exciting period of growth (doubling in size to 500 employees) after winning national awards for quality and sustainability, but they don't want to stand still and fully intend to keep this momentum going to grow further. With this in mind, they want to expand their Marketing team and are now seeking a talented Senior Marketing Manager to help shape the next chapter.The RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the marketing function, leading campaigns, product launches, brand development and internal communications while working closely with senior leadership to support ambitious commercial goals.Reporting to the Marketing & Digitalisation Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, supporting business development and delivering integrated marketing activity across multiple channels.
