Senior Marketing Manager|Overview:An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing B2B technology business as a Senior Marketing Manager, taking a leading role in turning marketing strategy into campaigns that generate qualified leads, pipeline and measurable commercial results.This is a senior but genuinely hands-on role. You'll work across the full marketing mix, managing campaigns, agencies and day-to-day activity while working closely with Sales, Product and the wider Marketing team.The business is looking for someone who understands the complete journey from marketing activity through to lead generation, Sales engagement and ultimately pipeline and revenue.You'll be joining an ambitious team where people are trusted to take ownership, make decisions and deliver.The Role:You'll take ownership of integrated marketing activity across multiple channels, translating wider strategy into a clear programme of campaigns and priorities.This isn't a role where everything is handed to agencies or delegated to the wider team. You'll remain close to delivery, with enough hands-on marketing knowledge to understand what's working, identify what isn't and challenge external partners where necessary.Lead generation and pipeline are central to the role. You'll work closely with Sales to ensure campaigns are targeting the right audiences, generating high-quality opportunities and supporting wider commercial objectives.You'll also work across the website, content, digital, events and Sales enablement, while supporting major launches and targeted Account-Based Marketing campaigns.Responsibilities:Own and deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channelsTranslate marketing strategy into clear quarterly priorities, campaign plans and day-to-day activityLead demand generation activity focused on creating qualified leads, opportunities and pipelineManage campaigns across paid media, LinkedIn, email, content, events, website and other relevant channelsDevelop targeted Account-Based Marketing campaigns in partnership with SalesWork closely with Sales to align campaigns, target accounts, lead definitions and follow-up activityPartner with Product and other internal teams on messaging, positioning, launches and go-to-market activityManage external agencies across digital, content, PR and specialist marketing activitySet clear agency briefs, objectives, budgets and performance expectationsChallenge agency recommendations and hold external partners accountable for delivery and resultsSupport and manage the wider Marketing team, ensuring priorities and responsibilities remain clearOversee website activity across content, SEO, CRO, design and developmentMonitor marketing performance across the funnel, including lead quality, conversion, opportunities and pipelineTrack campaign performance and ROI, using data to determine what should be scaled, changed, tested or stoppedManage marketing budget pacing and maintain visibility of spend and performanceSupport continued growth across UK and US enterprise marketsRequirements:Circa 5–7 years' B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, technology, digital products or another enterprise-focused environmentExperience operating at Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager level while remaining hands-on with deliveryStrong track record of running integrated, multi-channel marketing campaignsDemonstrable experience generating leads and contributing to measurable pipeline or revenue outcomesStrong commercial understanding of the marketing funnel, conversion, pipeline and ROITeam management experience with the ability to lead while remaining close to day-to-day activitySignificant experience managing external marketing agenciesEnough hands-on digital marketing knowledge to confidently challenge agencies and assess their recommendations and performanceGood understanding of PPC, paid social and LinkedInExperience across email marketing, content and eventsExperience working closely with Sales teams to support lead generation and pipeline growthExperience collaborating with Product and wider internal stakeholdersStrong understanding of B2B and enterprise buyer journeysExperience with Account-Based Marketing would be highly beneficialWorking knowledge of website performance, landing pages, SEO and CROStrong analytical skills and confidence using marketing data to make commercial decisionsExperience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms would be advantageousExperience marketing to US audiences and/or regulated enterprise sectors would be beneficialSalary:£55,000 – £60,000 per annumLocation:Warrington – Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office)Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, with a 1-hour lunchBenefits:25 days' holidayYour birthday offPrivate health insuranceEmployee Assistance ProgrammePension schemeEmployee discounts£50 contribution towards benefits/travelTraining and development opportunities
