Senior Marketing Specialist

Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives, target audience, and market trends.Create compelling content for various marketing channels including website, social media, email campaigns, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and more.Oversee digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.Implement lead generation strategies to acquire new customers and nurture existing leads through targeted marketing campaigns.Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and collateral, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform marketing strategies and product development.Analyze marketing data and metrics to track campaign performance, evaluate ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and customer support to align marketing efforts with business goals and provide support as needed.Plan and coordinate marketing events such as webinars, trade shows, conferences, and workshops to engage with prospects and customers.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to think strategically and analytically, with strong problem-solving skills.Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
