Make people notice.About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Marketing Generalist to shape how Plutas.ai is seen, heard and remembered, from LinkedIn content to campaigns, events and partnerships. You'll work closely with leadership, sales and product, and have the chance to build marketing initiatives from the ground up.What You'll OwnBrand voice: Shape and evolve Plutas.ai's voice and personality. Create content across LinkedIn, social, web and email that people actually want to read, while keeping messaging consistent and human.Campaigns: Take ideas from whiteboard to launch. Experiment with new formats, platforms and partnerships, working with creative teams, agencies and internal stakeholders.Business proximity: Understand our product, customers and market deeply. Work with Sales and Product to support demand generation, customer engagement and measurable business impact.Market presence: Track trends across AI, technology and consumer behaviour. Build partnerships, events and activations that make Plutas.ai a brand people recognise and remember.Data and instinct: Track performance, learn what works and why, and balance analytics with creativity and good judgment.What We're Looking For2-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a startup, tech or other fast-moving environmentStrong written and verbal communication, with writing that sounds human, not like a corporate templateA sharp sense of what makes content interesting and shareableComfort across content, social, campaigns, events, partnerships and digital marketingAbility to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, and to handle ambiguity and multiple prioritiesWorking knowledge of marketing analytics and tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Meta/Google Ads, LinkedIn and Google WorkspaceA builder's mindset: if something doesn't exist, you're excited to create itYou'll Thrive Here If YouNotice what makes campaigns work, bring ideas without waiting for a brief, execute with attention to detail, stay curious, hold a point of view, and want to look back in six months at something that exists because you built it.Come build the voice behind Plutas.ai.
