Senior Materialman - Oil & Gas only.

Role : Senior Materialman - Oil & Gas Location : Dubai-U.A.ECandidate will be responsible for the receiving, inspection, storage, preservation, control, and issuance of materials, equipment, spare parts, and consumables required for construction, maintenance, drilling, or production activities.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive incoming materials, equipment, spare parts, and consumables from suppliers.Check materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, material specifications, and packing lists.Inspect materials for quantity, identification, damage, and required documentation.Properly label, tag, segregate, and store materials according to company procedures.Maintain accurate material inventory and stock records using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.Prepare material receiving reports, material issue vouchers, inventory reports, and other documentation.Conduct periodic physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation.Ensure materials are stored and handled in accordance with HSE requirements and company procedures.Report damaged, missing, non-conforming, or incorrectly supplied materials to the relevant department.Typical RequirementsDiploma or technical qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Materials Management, or a related field.Experience in oil & gas, EPC, construction, fabrication, drilling, or maintenance environments.Knowledge of oil & gas materials such as piping, valves, fittings, flanges, gaskets, fasteners, electrical and instrumentation items.Familiarity with material identification, MTOs, BOMs, specifications, and material certificates.Experience with warehouse/inventory systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.Good knowledge of warehouse and material-control procedures.
