With SWORD you have the guarantee of strong close and qualified local commitment, the aim of which is to automate your business processes and optimize/maximize the usage of business data.About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior IBM Maximo consultant capable of independently engaging with business and technical stakeholders, understanding complex asset environments, and designing practical analytics solutions that improve visibility into asset condition, maintenance performance, service levels, operational efficiency, and long-term asset-management decisions.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze Maximo operational, maintenance, and asset data to define KPIs, reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.Translate asset-management, maintenance, and service-performance requirements into meaningful analytics and reporting.Develop and validate reports, datasets, SQL queries, and Maximo data extracts.Support consolidated analytics across large and distributed asset portfolios.Support integration of Maximo data with enterprise BI, data warehouse, ERP, GIS, and analytics platforms.Ensure data quality, consistency, and reconciliation across operational and analytical systems.Provide guidance on Maximo data structures, reporting architecture, KPI design, and analytics best practices.Collaborate with Maximo functional, technical, integration, data, and business teams.Mandatory Qualifications.7+ years of IBM Maximo experience, with strong exposure to analytics, reporting, or data.Strong understanding of IBM Maximo 7.6 and Maximo Manage functional processes and data model.Working knowledge of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) architecture, Maximo Manage, and analytics/integration patterns within the MAS ecosystem.Strong knowledge of key Maximo areas including Assets, Locations, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory, Labor, Costs, and Failure Management.Strong SQL and relational database skills.Hands-on experience with Maximo reporting and analytics, including BIRT, Cognos, or external BI solutions.Experience defining operational and maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, asset availability, PM compliance, backlog, downtime, maintenance cost, SLA performance, and asset condition trends.Experience extracting and integrating Maximo data through database views, APIs, Object Structures, or integration frameworks.Experience working with large-scale or distributed asset and maintenance environments.Strong analytical, stakeholder-management, and requirements-gathering skills.Other Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):Hands-on experience delivering analytics solutions on MAS / Maximo Manage implementations or migrations from Maximo 7.6.Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Cognos Analytics.Exposure to GIS or location-based asset analytics.Experience with enterprise data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT, or cloud analytics platforms.Experience integrating Maximo analytics with ERP, finance, procurement, or other enterprise systems.Knowledge of MAS Health, Monitor, Predict, Spatial, or asset performance management capabilities.Experience with predictive maintenance, reliability analytics, IoT, or AI-driven asset analytics.Exposure to MAS/OpenShift architecture and deployment considerations.IBM Maximo or related analytics certifications.Soft Skills NeededStrategic Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" aProficiency in English and Arabic Language.Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to executive leadership and clients.Problem Solving: A proactive approach to troubleshooting architectural bottlenecks and model performance issues.Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment.________________________________________Why working at SWORD ?Enjoy a Hybrid or Remote Work EnvironmentBeing part of a Dynamic and Supportive Environment focused on Employee WellnessGain International Exposure and Multicultural ExperienceLearn from a Diversified Team of experts across the worldParticipate in major projects with industry leadersHave the possibility to relocate to a regional office within SWORD Group
