Its multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals combines creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices to deliver reliable outcomes.Role Description The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar, responsible for leading mechanical design activities for building and infrastructure projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing mechanical systems designs, preparing detailed engineering drawings and specifications, and reviewing designs for compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements. The role involves coordinating with architectural, structural, and MEP teams, performing design calculations, and validating system performance through simulations or analytical methods. The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will also support project planning, oversee junior engineers and designers, participate in client meetings, and provide technical guidance throughout design and construction phases.Qualifications Strong mechanical engineering foundation, including Mechanical Engineering and Design Engineering skills.Expertise in Machine Design and Product Design for building services and related mechanical systems.Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 2D and 3D modeling, detailing, and documentation.Experience leading mechanical design projects, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.Solid understanding of relevant codes, standards, and best practices in building services and infrastructure projects.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.Several years of experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably within architectural or engineering consultancy environments.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to accuracy and safety.Effective communication skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
