Our team partners with clients and consultants to design, build, and commission sewage treatment plants (STPs) that support critical municipal and industrial infrastructure. We're looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our site execution team in Dubai.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in the Water and Wastewater industry. The ideal candidate will oversee site execution, support design and documentation processes, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. You'll manage and execute STP projects above 50 MLD, with end-to-end responsibility spanning installation, erection, and commissioning. This role calls for strong technical knowledge, project management capability, and effective communication with clients and consultants.What You'll DoSite ExecutionSupervise and manage mechanical works at project sites.Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.Lead execution and installation of mechanical equipment.Design & Documentation SupportProvide input for the preparation of shop drawings.Assist in the extraction and verification of Bill of Quantities (BOQ).Prepare and review material submittals and method statements.Project Planning & CoordinationDevelop manpower schedules and resource allocation plans.Monitor progress to ensure alignment with project timelines.Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and consultants to resolve technical issues.Client & Consultant InteractionMaintain clear, professional communication with stakeholders.Attend project meetings and provide updates on execution and planning.What You'll NeedBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant qualification.Minimum 8 years of experience in the Water and Wastewater industry.Proven experience managing and executing STP plants above 50 MLD capacity.Strong track record in site execution and project coordination.Must be currently based in the UAE.5+ years of UAE-based experience in site execution, design support, and project planning/coordination.End-to-end STP project execution experience — installation, erection, and commissioning.Willingness to work full-time on an STP project site.Nice to HaveBackground in Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred.Additional DetailsWork Location: Warsan, Dubai (site-based)Working Days: Sunday to FridayHours: Sunday–Thursday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM–12:00 PMInterview Process: 3 rounds, face-to-face
