Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in the development of precision mechanical systems for next-generation drug delivery products, taking designs from early-stage concepts through to high-volume manufactureKey ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of designs from concept through to productionDevelop precision mechanical components and assembliesProduce 3D CAD drawings and supporting documentationSupport prototype builds, testing, and engineering investigationsApply DFM and DFA principles to optimise designs for scalable productionAssess tolerance stack-ups and the impact of manufacturing variation on performanceKey Skills & ExperienceDegree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplinePrevious experience developing medical devices is a mustStrong 3D CAD skillsKnowledge of injection moulding and high-volume manufacturing processes is a mustUnderstanding of precision mechanisms and tolerance analysisExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple technical workstreamsIf you're looking to join a business that combines technical excellence, creativity, and innovation while working on a wide variety of challenging product development projects, then apply with a copy of your CV.
