Senior Mechanical Engineer

Responsible for the Design and Development and improvements to existing products. Test and validate products to ensure good product performance and high standard of quality while working with the engineering team to design systems that meet product management standards. This is an opportunity to be a leader amongst a strong engineering team.ResponsibilitiesProvide mechanical design and development of new products and enhance existing products.Experience in launching new products and sustaining existing products in the factory and in the fieldMaintain documentation to support design records and support company patents.Test and validate products to ensure strong product performance.This engineer will be involved in 3D CAD and drawing generation, tolerancing and prototypingExperience with BOM and routings creation, costing, and many other development tasksWork with Engineering team on continuous improvement of products.Engineering analysis that supports designsRequirements5-8 years plus of mechanical design experience.Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, master’s degree is a plusStrong knowledge of mechanical design including metals and plasticsFlow Analysis, DFX, FMEA and FEA3D modeling softwareCompetency in safetyThis is a fantastic company with excellent culture, great compensation and superior benefits.
