Mechanical Engineering ExpertiseStrong fundamentals and the ability to own mechanical designs rather than just CAD someone else's ideas.2. Startup mentalityComfortable moving quickly, dealing with ambiguity and building cool products without needing a huge team or process around you.3. Things that moveExperience designing rotating machinery, motors, electromechanical systems or other machines with moving parts.Big bonus if you have experience with electric motors, thermal analysis, FEA, aerospace/UAVs, defence, SolidWorks, DFM or taking hardware from prototype into production.You'll join a small engineering team where the decisions you make now will end up in the production hardware.📍 Reading – 5 days onsite💰 Competitive salary + meaningful equityThis is seriously exciting.
