The organization is committed to maintaining high quality standards in both services and products, offering a professional environment for engineering and project management talent.Role Description The Senior Mechanical Engineer will lead the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems for electromechanical projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing mechanical designs and CAD drawings, performing technical calculations, overseeing installation and commissioning activities, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders. The role involves managing project timelines and resources, resolving technical issues on-site, supporting R&D initiatives to improve system performance, and preparing technical documentation and reports. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, requiring regular presence at project locations and collaboration with construction, electrical, and management teams.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design skills for complex electromechanical systems.Candidates should possess Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills for preparing, reviewing, and updating mechanical drawings and models.Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities, budgets, and timelines.Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D) skills to evaluate new technologies, optimize system performance, and improve engineering processes.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.Several years of experience in mechanical engineering within electromechanical contracting or building services, preferably in the U.A.E.Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards, HVAC and piping systems, and construction practices.Proficiency in engineering software and MS Office, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams on-site.Professional certifications and experience with large-scale industrial or commercial projects are an advantage.Arabic Nationalities Only
