The Senior Mechanical Engineer will oversee the design, analysis, and implementation of mechanical systems for civil and construction projects, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and project requirements. Daily responsibilities include developing and reviewing mechanical designs, preparing technical documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing guidance to junior engineers. The role also involves supporting project planning, supervising installation and maintenance activities, troubleshooting mechanical issues on-site, and contributing to continuous improvement in engineering practices.Qualifications Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, with the ability to apply core principles to construction and infrastructure projects.Proficiency in Machine Design for developing and optimizing mechanical components and systems.Advanced skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating detailed drawings, models, and technical specifications.Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management.Background in Research and Development (R&D) for improving mechanical solutions, methods, and technologies.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects, preferably in a senior or lead role.Ability to work on-site in Jiddah, collaborate with diverse teams, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with international and local engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a focus on reliability.
