عن أملاك:تُعد أملاك من الشركات الرائدة في التطوير والتسويق العقاري، حيث نقدم حلولاً سكنية واستثمارية مبتكرة تلبي تطلعات العملاء وتواكب تطورات السوق.نركز على بناء مجتمعات متكاملة تعكس أعلى معايير الجودة وتحقق قيمة مضافة للمستثمرين والعملاء، مع تعزيز الاستقرار السكني ودعم الاستثمار العقاري لنكون الشريك الأمثل في رحلة البحث عن بيت العمر أو فرصة استثمارية واعدة.الوصف الوظيفي:تبحث أملاك عن مهندس ميكانيكا أول (Senior Mechanical Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريقها الهندسي، بخبرة قوية في مشاريع الأبراج والمشاريع السكنية والتجارية ومتعددة الاستخدامات.يتولى شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولية المراجعة الفنية للتصاميم والأعمال الميكانيكية من منظور المطور العقاري، والتنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين والتخصصات المختلفة، وتقديم الحلول والتوصيات الفنية خلال مراحل المشروع من التصميم وحتى التنفيذ والتشغيل والتسليم.المهام والمسؤوليات:مراجعة التصاميم والمخططات والمواصفات الفنية للأعمال الميكانيكية المقدمة من الاستشاريين والمقاولين والتأكد من توافقها مع متطلبات المشروع.مراجعة أنظمة HVAC، Plumbing، Fire Fighting، Fire Protection وMechanical Building Services والتأكد من تكاملها مع باقي أنظمة المشروع.المشاركة في Value Engineering ومراجعة البدائل والحلول التصميمية بما يحقق الكفاءة الفنية والتشغيلية ويحافظ على جودة المشروع.التنسيق مع فرق Architectural, Structural, Electrical وMEP وتفادي التعارضات أثناء التصميم والتنفيذ.مراجعة Shop Drawings، Material Submittals وTechnical Submittals والمستندات الفنية ذات العلاقة.مراجعة وتقييم الحلول الميكانيكية المقترحة وتقديم التوصيات الفنية المناسبة.المشاركة في مراجعة BIM / Revit وMEP Coordination عند الحاجة.تقديم الدعم الفني خلال التنفيذ وTesting & Commissioning والتسليم النهائي.مراجعة المواد والمعدات الميكانيكية والتأكد من توافقها مع المواصفات ومتطلبات المشروع والجهات التنظيمية.تقديم الدعم والتوصيات الفنية للإدارة خلال مختلف مراحل المشروع.المؤهلات والخبرات:بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في الهندسة الميكانيكية، ويفضل في مشاريع التطوير العقاري والمشاريع الإنشائية الكبرى.خبرة قوية في الأبراج والمشاريع السكنية والتجارية ومتعددة الاستخدامات.خبرة في أنظمة HVAC، Plumbing، Fire Fighting & Fire Protection وBuilding Mechanical Services.خبرة في Design Review، Technical Coordination، Shop Drawings وMaterial/Technical Submittals.خبرة في العمل لدى مطور عقاري أو إدارة مشاريع تعد ميزة إضافية.معرفة جيدة بـ Value Engineering وBIM / Revit وMEP Coordinationإلمام بالأكواد والمعايير ذات العلاقة مثل SBC، NFPA، ASHRAE ومتطلبات الجهات التنظيمية في المملكة.المهارات الشخصية:القدرة على العمل باستقلالية وتحمل المسؤولية الفنية.القدرة على إدارة الأولويات والعمل على عدة مشاريع.الاهتمام بالتفاصيل مع القدرة على رؤية المشروع بصورة شاملة.التفكير العملي وتقديم حلول هندسية قابلة للتنفيذ.ما نقدمه:العمل ضمن فريق هندسي متخصص في مجال التطوير العقاري.المشاركة في مشاريع نوعية ومتنوعة.بيئة عمل تدعم التطوير المهني والمشاركة في القرارات الفنية.الموقع: المملكة العربية السعودية / الظهرانAbout Amlak:Amlak is a leading company in real estate development and marketing, providing innovative residential and investment solutions that meet customer needs and keep pace with market developments.We focus on developing integrated communities that reflect high standards of quality and create added value for our investors and customers, while supporting residential stability and real estate investment.

Job Description

Amlak is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join its engineering team, with strong experience in high-rise, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical review of mechanical designs and works from a real estate developer's perspective, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams, and providing technical solutions and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle, from design through construction, commissioning, and handover.

Key Responsibilities

Review mechanical designs, drawings, and technical specifications submitted by consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements.Review HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Protection, and Mechanical Building Services systems and ensure proper integration with other project disciplines.Participate in Value Engineering and review design alternatives and solutions to achieve technical and operational efficiency while maintaining project quality.Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and MEP teams to ensure proper integration and minimize conflicts during design and construction.Review Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Technical Submittals, and other relevant technical documents.Review and evaluate proposed mechanical solutions and provide appropriate technical recommendations.Participate in reviewing BIM / Revit and MEP Coordination activities when required.Provide technical support during construction, Testing & Commissioning, and final handover.Review mechanical materials and equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications, requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.Provide technical support and recommendations to management throughout the different stages of the project. Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.Minimum 12 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in real estate development and major construction projects.Strong experience in high-rise, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Fire Protection, and Building Mechanical Services.Experience in Design Review, Technical Coordination, Shop Drawings, and Material/Technical Submittals.Experience working for a real estate developer or project management organization is an advantage.Good knowledge of Value Engineering, BIM / Revit, and MEP Coordination.Familiarity with relevant codes and standards such as SBC, NFPA, ASHRAE, and applicable regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
