Working in General shift.Maintenance ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for rotating and static equipment (pumps, compressors, agitators, blowers, vacuum systems, heat exchangers, reactors, and distillation columns).Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns of process equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring quick restoration of production.Good knowledge on maintenance and repair of mechanical seals, bearings, couplings, gearboxes, and pump internals, including managing NPSH/cavitation-related issues on circulation pumps.Oversee overhauling of critical equipment during shutdowns and turnarounds, including planning spares, manpower, and job sequencing.Develop and maintain equipment history records, maintenance logs, and breakdown analysis.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.Manage spare parts inventory, identify critical spares, and coordinate procurement with stores and purchase teams.Ensure adherence to maintenance budgets and drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising reliability.Utility ResponsibilitiesOversee operation, maintainance, and optimization of plant utility systems including steam boilers, thermic fluid heaters, chillers, cooling towers, compressed air systems, nitrogen/oxygen generation, and HVAC.Ensure reliable supply of steam, hot water, chilled water, cooling water, and instrument/plant air to all process units.Monitor utility consumption (steam, power, fuel, water) and implement energy conservation and efficiency improvement projects.Maintain water treatment systems (DM plant, RO, ETP-related utilities, cooling water treatment) and ensure water quality parameters are met.Manage fuel systems and burners (e.g., HSD/gas monoblock burners), including combustion tuning and addressing clinker/nozzle fouling issues.Oversee statutory utility equipment compliance, including boiler inspections and pressure vessel certifications under applicable regulations (e.g., IBR).Reliability & EngineeringDrive equipment reliability improvement, condition monitoring (vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication management), and life-cycle cost analysis.Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades, modifications, and replacements; prepare technical specifications for new equipment.Support commissioning of new equipment and utility systems, including FAT/SAT, installation supervision, and performance testing.Coordinate with contractors and vendors for AMC, repairs, and capital projects.Safety, Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all maintenance and utility activities comply with safety standards, work permit systems, LOTO, and statutory regulations.Participate in HAZOP, safety audits, and incident investigations related to mechanical and utility systems.Prepare and maintain SOPs, maintenance procedures, technical documentation, and reports for management review.Supervise, train, and develop the maintenance team (engineers, fitters, contract workforce) and allocate daily work.Team & CoordinationCoordinate closely with production, instrumentation, and electrical teams to align maintenance with plant operations.Lead and mentor the maintenance crew of Shift Engineers and Fitters, set KPIs, and review their performance.Perks and benefitsTransportationCanteenMedical Facilities for IndividualLoan FacilitiesW.C FacilitiesGroup Personal Accidental policyCompany Payroll the candidatesEvery year incrementInterested candidates kindly send your resume to hr.dahej@aromaalyssum.com or recruitment.dahej@aromaalyssum.com or aromaalyssum123@gmail.com
