Senior Mechanical Technical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Review and coordinate mechanical designs, shop drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.Provide technical support to construction teams and resolve design/site issues.Review HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical systems.Review subcontractor material submissions, method statements, RFIs, and technical documentation.Coordinate mechanical works with electrical, architectural, structural, and other disciplines.Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project requirements.Conduct technical inspections and support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.Monitor technical progress and support project engineering reporting.Ensure compliance with applicable international standards and KSA authority requirements.

Preferred Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. minimum 8 to 10 yearsStrong experience in large-scale construction, mega projects, or luxury hospitality projects.Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical building services.
