Senior Media Buyer - Remote (Evening Shift 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM)

Senior Media Buyer:📍 Remote | Full-Time | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PMAbout OctaOcta is one of Saudi Arabia's fastest-growing healthy meal subscription companies. We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other digital channels.This is a hands-on role. You will manage campaigns yourself, work directly with the CEO, and be accountable for customer acquisition, CAC, and revenue growth.What You'll Do

• Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across all advertising platforms.
• Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns while maintaining profitable CAC.
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and improve key metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, and Revenue.
• Design and execute structured A/B tests for audiences, bidding strategies, campaign structures, placements, and landing pages.
• Work closely with designers to improve creative performance using data-backed insights.
• Build dashboards and reports to communicate performance and recommendations.
• Take full ownership of marketing performance and proactively solve problems before they impact the business.Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager (required).
• Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actions.
• Experience with GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and attribution.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
