Albawani is known for its strong commitment to quality, safety, and innovation, holding several international ISO certifications and a Class-1 contractor ranking in Saudi Arabia.Job Title: Senior Medical Quality Control SpecialistDepartment: Human CapitalRole Purpose: The Senior Medical Quality Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring, auditing, and ensuring compliance of medical services with approved healthcare regulations, medical quality standards, and internal policies. The role focuses on conducting medical quality audits, identifying non-compliance, overseeing corrective and preventive actions, and supporting continuous improvement of medical service quality and patient safety.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Monitor compliance of medical services with applicable healthcare regulations, policies, and internal medical standards.Conduct regular medical quality control audits and reviews of medical documentation.Identify non-compliance, deviations, and quality gaps, and document findings clearly.Support the development and follow-up of corrective and preventive action plans.Monitor implementation of corrective actions and verify closure of findings.Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical quality control records and audit documentation.Review medical quality reports to ensure completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.Support medical risk identification and assessment related to medical service delivery.Review medical incidents and quality-related cases to identify root causes.Coordinate with internal departments to support compliance with medical quality requirements.Communicate medical quality standards and audit findings clearly to stakeholders.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Medical Services, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical quality control, healthcare compliance, medical auditing, or related field.Proven experience in conducting medical quality audits and compliance reviews.Understanding medical documentation, medical service processes, and patient safety standards.Experience in identifying non-compliance and supporting corrective and preventive actions.
