Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Senior Medical Sales Representative. The person in this role will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and pharmacies to promote PAXAS products in fertility, sexual health, weight management, and related therapeutic areas. Daily responsibilities include scheduling and conducting virtual and in-person meetings, delivering product presentations, providing scientific and clinical information, and responding to inquiries in a compliant, professional manner. The role involves managing a sales territory, tracking performance against targets, preparing regular reports, and collaborating with marketing and medical teams to execute aligned commercial strategies.QualificationsProven expertise in Medical Sales, including territory management, account development, and achieving or exceeding sales targets in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly, build trust, and respond to customer needs in a timely and professional manner.Background or solid understanding in Medicine and/or Pharmacy, enabling credible scientific discussions with healthcare professionals and accurate product positioning.Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification in a healthcare or business discipline is an advantage.Experience working remotely and independently, with strong organizational, time-management, and reporting skills, and proficiency in CRM and digital communication tools..
