Senior Medical Sales Representative

Smart Health is expanding into the Saudi market!With more than 10 years of experience in Kuwait’s medical aesthetics industry, Smart Health is looking for a talented, ambitious, and highly motivated Senior Medical Sales Representative to help establish and grow our business in Riyadh.Key responsibilities:* Promote our medical aesthetic products to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic clinics, and other healthcare professionals.* Develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers.* Identify new business opportunities and build a strong customer base in Riyadh.* Achieve agreed sales targets and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.* Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and follow-up visits.* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.* Support workshops, conferences, product launches, and educational events.* Coordinate with management to develop and execute the Saudi market-entry strategy.Candidate requirements:* Minimum 3–5 years of medical sales experience.* Proven experience in the aesthetics, dermatology, skincare, fillers, injectables, or aesthetic-device industry.* Established professional network among dermatologists and aesthetic clinics in Riyadh.* Strong record of achieving sales targets and developing new accounts.* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable helping build a new market from the early stage.* Good command of Arabic and English.* Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medical sciences, or a related field is preferred.* Valid Saudi driving licence and access to a car.What we offer:* The opportunity to join an established company during its expansion into Saudi Arabia.* Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.* Professional product training and management support.* Strong potential for career growth as the Saudi team expands.If you have strong aesthetics experience in Riyadh and want to play an important role in building a growing business, we would be pleased to hear from you.
