The company offers professionals exposure to diverse projects and encourages innovation and high-quality standards in all aspects of its work.Role Description The Senior MEP Engineer will oversee the design, coordination, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for building projects in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves leading MEP design activities, preparing and reviewing technical drawings and calculations, and ensuring compliance with local codes and international standards. The Senior MEP Engineer will coordinate with architects, structural engineers, project managers, and contractors, attend site meetings, and resolve technical issues during design and construction. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing shop drawings and material submittals, performing site inspections, managing quality control, and supporting value engineering to optimize system performance and cost. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers and contributing to continuous improvement of design processes and project delivery.Qualifications Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering knowledge, including building services design and system integration.Proficiency in design and coordination tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM software) and familiarity with relevant standards and codes (UAE regulations, international building and MEP codes).Experience in project coordination, multidisciplinary collaboration, and managing MEP deliverables across design and construction stages.Skills in technical documentation, reviewing drawings and submittals, and conducting site inspections and quality checks.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering from an accredited institution.Significant professional experience in MEP engineering for building projects, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple projects, and lead junior team members in a fast-paced environment.
