Senior MEP (Mechanical/Electrical) Engineer

We're looking for a Senior MEP Engineer to join us on the front lines of the data center industry.If you want to grow in an environment where individual capability directly drives business outcomes, we'd love to hear from you 🙌🛠 Key Responsibilities✅ Design and review of data center mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, cooling, fire protection) and electrical systems (Genset, UPS, MV/LV SWBD & ATS)✅ Technical due diligence, design VE, and CAPEX optimization prior to construction✅ Technical support during construction and commissioning (Cx), on-site issue resolution✅ Technical coordination with domestic and global CSPs/clients (English communication)✅ Project schedule, budget, and risk management (PM role)🎯 Requirements

• ️ 7–15 years of relevant experience
• ️ Bachelor's degree (4-year) or higher
• ️ Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• ️ Hands-on experience in design, construction, and commissioning of MEP systems for data centers or large-scale infrastructure
• ️ (Electrical track) Licensed Electrical Engineer or equivalent⭐ Preferred
• ️ Experience with ETAP-based power system modeling and fault analysis
• ️ Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks)
• ️ PM/CM experience (schedule, budget, vendor management)
• ️ Ability to write technical documents and communicate in English
