The organization emphasizes innovation and a client-first approach, offering opportunities to work on complex, high-impact projects in the region.Role Description The Senior MEP Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This role oversees end-to-end delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works across multiple projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project budgets and timelines, reviewing and approving technical submittals and shop drawings, supervising site execution, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications. The Senior MEP Project Manager also leads risk management, quality assurance, and progress reporting, while mentoring project teams and driving continuous improvement in processes and performance.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all aspects of MEP construction projects, ensuring timely completion within approved budgets and quality standards.Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, execution, monitoring, and progress reporting.Supervise and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and other MEP installation works.Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.Ensure all MEP works comply with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, UAE regulations, and relevant authority standards.Review and monitor project drawings, material submittals, method statements, technical submissions, and shop drawings.Monitor project costs, variations, procurement activities, material delivery schedules, and subcontractor performance.Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to identify and resolve technical and operational issues.Ensure quality assurance, quality control, health, safety, and environmental requirements are implemented throughout the project.Monitor project milestones and take corrective action to address delays, technical challenges, and resource constraints.Oversee testing, commissioning, inspections, authority approvals, snagging, and final project handover.Prepare and submit project progress reports, forecasts, risk assessments, and other management reports.Lead and mentor project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, and other project personnel.Ensure effective coordination between MEP works and civil, architectural, and structural activities.Maintain proper project documentation and ensure contractual obligations and deadlines are met.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP construction projects.Minimum 15 years of relevant UAE experience in the MEP construction industry.Proven experience managing major MEP projects in high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, MEP regulations, authority requirements, and project specifications.Demonstrated ability to manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, budgets, and schedules.Excellent technical, leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and reporting skills.Preferred SkillsStrong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and associated MEP services.Experience with project planning and scheduling tools, including Primavera P6 or MS Project.Knowledge of quality management systems, HSE requirements, and project risk management.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
