The organization is committed to building long-term client relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction, adaptability, and turning fashion visions into sustainable, standout collections.Role Description The Senior Merchandiser will lead end-to-end merchandising activities, including planning assortments, managing order time-line, running tasks assortment as a team leader, enursing coordination with fabric, product and production teams leading to timely deliveries and working with our New York and Madrid offices for client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, coordinating sampling and approvals, monitoring lead times, and overseeing pricing and costing to maintain profitability. QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, and to present merchandising plans clearly.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, respond to inquiries, and maintain long-term partnerships.Candidates should possess Sales skills to support commercial decisions, drive revenue through effective product assortments, and contribute to account growth.Candidates should possess AI skill, Using AI systems and softwares developed by the tech team of the company for order processing, production management and product development.Experience in fashion merchandising or apparel production, including assortment planning, costing, and timeline management.Strong analytical abilities, proficiency with spreadsheets or merchandising systems, and comfort working with sales and inventory data.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines across time zones.Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
