We work with a small number of clients and go deep on each one, and we judge our work by measurable business results.The RoleWe're hiring a senior Meta Ads consultant to own paid social performance for one of our key service-industry clients. The account spends about $5,000/month on Meta.You'll be fully accountable for the account's paid growth. That means building the strategy, running it day to day, and steadily improving ROAS, lead quality, and cost efficiency. This isn't a "set and monitor" role. We want someone who diagnoses problems, tests ideas, and scales what works.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy and account ownershipAudit the current account structure, tracking, audiences, and creative performance, and deliver a 90-day growth plan.Build a full-funnel campaign architecture (prospecting, retargeting, re-engagement) suited to a service business's sales cycle.Own budget allocation and pacing, and decide when and how to scale without hurting efficiency.ROAS and conversion optimizationGrow ROAS and cut cost per qualified lead through systematic testing of campaign structure, bidding, audiences, and placements.Optimize for lead quality, not just volume, working with the client's sales feedback loop.Use Advantage+ campaigns, CBO/ABO, and conversion-optimized objectives where they fit.Ad copy and creative optimizationWrite, test, and refine ad copy (hooks, angles, offers, CTAs) for each funnel stage.Brief the design and video team on creative. Analyze creative-level data (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPM) to find winners and spot fatigue early.Run a structured creative testing framework and document what you learn.Tracking, measurement, and reportingMake sure Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and event setup are accurate and deduplicated.Integrate offline conversions or CRM data where possible, so optimization targets real business outcomes.Send weekly performance updates and monthly strategic reports with clear insights and next actions.Must-Have Requirements4+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience in the service industry (for example healthcare, education, financial services, professional services, repair or home services, or agencies).Proven experience managing at least $10,000/month in Meta ad spend in a single account, with results you can show.A documented track record of improving ROAS or lowering CPL.
