The company specializes in advanced analytical chemistry and microbiological testing using state-of-the-art instrumentation and internationally recognized methods.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Senior Microbiologist to join our Food Testing laboratory. The role will be responsible for performing and overseeing microbiological testing of food, feed and related samples, ensuring accurate and timely results while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and regulatory compliance.Perform and oversee microbiological analysis of food, feed, water and related samples. Handle culture-based techniques and rapid microbiological testing methods as applicable.Review analytical results, worksheets and test reports for accuracy and completeness.Ensure adherence to approved SOPs, test methods and quality requirements.Perform method verification/validation and support implementation of new microbiological test methods.Monitor laboratory equipment, media preparation, cultures and environmental conditions.Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and ensure data integrity.Ensure timely completion of samples while meeting defined TAT and quality standards.QualificationsM.Sc. in Microbiology / Food Microbiology / Biotechnology or related Life Sciences disciplinePreferably 4–7 years of relevant experience in a food testing or microbiology laboratory.
