Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer

Job Purpose:A Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer is required to demonstrate extensive expertise in Microsoft 365 services (Productivity, Security, and Compliance) to design, implement, and manage advanced solutions for clients. This role plays a key part in architecting scalable and secure Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance, and alignment with business objectives. As a senior member of the team, this position will also involve mentoring junior engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving best practices to enhance service delivery. The Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer will be instrumental in leading complex projects, troubleshooting high-level issues, and contributing to the success of clients' digital transformation initiatives. Modern Work & Security:Manage and administer Microsoft 365 tenants for clients, ensuring optimal performance and security. Plan and manage user identities and roles using Entra ID, including identity protection and privileged identity management (PIM). Implement and manage Microsoft 365 security solutions, including Microsoft Defender, Purview, Endpoint Management, and Entra ID Premium. Lead Microsoft 365 migration projects, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams migrations. Plan, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 workloads and applications, ensuring alignment with client business needs. Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Exchange Online, including mail flow, security, and hybrid configurations. Plan and implement Microsoft Intune for device management, including MDM and MAM policies. Monitor and manage security and threats using Microsoft 365 Defender and other advanced security tools. Optimize and configure Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) to meet customer requirements. Implement Microsoft Copilot solutions, leveraging AI-driven capabilities to enhance productivity and collaboration. Configure and manage Microsoft Purview for data governance, compliance, and risk management. Identify and manage Microsoft 365 licensing options, ensuring cost-effective and optimized solutions. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for M365 environments, configurations, and processes. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and tailor Microsoft 365 solutions accordingly. Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 features, services, and industry best practices. Drive continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Assist in client onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer to ensure smooth adoption of Microsoft 365 solutions. Create and deliver Microsoft training materials (SOPs/Runbooks) for internal and external stakeholders.
