Senior Microsoft 365 (Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud) Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud Engineer with strong L3 expertise in VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange, and SCCM/MECM, along with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and troubleshoot VMware vSphere/ESXi and Hyper-V environments.Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO at L3 level.Manage and troubleshoot on-premises Exchange and Exchange Hybrid environments.Provide L2 administration and support for Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.Support Entra ID, Hybrid Entra Join, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and Azure.Administer SCCM/MECM, including software deployment, patching, OSD, and endpoint management.Develop PowerShell scripts for administration, automation, and troubleshooting.Support Microsoft 365 migrations, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.Act as an L3 escalation point, perform RCA, and resolve complex infrastructure incidents.Maintain technical documentation and support infrastructure modernization initiatives.Required SkillsVMware vSphere / ESXi SME / L3Hyper-V SME / L3Active Directory SME / L3Windows Server SME / L3On-Prem Exchange SME / L3Exchange Hybrid Strong / L3SCCM / MECM SME / L3DNS / DHCP / GPO SME / L3PowerShell StrongMicrosoft 365 Strong / L2Entra ID / Intune L2Defender for Endpoint L2Azure / Microsoft Cloud L2Requirements8–12+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience.Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft on-premises infrastructure.Proven expertise in VMware, Hyper-V, AD, Windows Server, Exchange, and SCCM/MECM.Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments.Excellent troubleshooting, RCA, and PowerShell skills.Microsoft/VMware certifications are an advantage.
