Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 9+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, with strong expertise in On-Premises environments. Cloud experience is considered a strong advantage.The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Dynamics 365 customization, development, integration, data migration, upgrades, and troubleshooting, with strong technical skills in C#, .NET, .NET Core, REST APIs, and Microsoft SQL Server.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, customize, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business and technical requirementsDesign and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems using REST APIs, web services, and middlewareDevelop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET technologiesPerform data migration, system upgrades, and integration-related activities within the Dynamics 365 ecosystemAnalyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Dynamics 365 solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve complex CRM, integration, and system functionality issuesDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, integration documentation, and deployment guidesWork closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other application teams to ensure successful solution deliverySupport application releases, deployments, and production issuesFollow development standards, version control practices, and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOpsWork with Microsoft SQL Server for database development, troubleshooting, queries, and data-related activitiesRequirementsRequired Technical Skills9+ years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM developmentStrong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM On-PremisesExperience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configurationStrong programming skills in C#Strong knowledge of .NET / .NET CoreExperience developing custom plugins and workflowsStrong experience with REST APIs and web servicesExperience integrating Dynamics 365 with external applications and enterprise systemsStrong Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) skillsExperience with data migration and Dynamics 365 upgradesExperience with Azure DevOps, including Boards, Work Items, and Git repositoriesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsGood understanding of full-stack development conceptsKey CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a technical teamStrong documentation and technical analysis skillsAbility to work effectively in a business-critical enterprise environmentImportant RequirementCandidates must have 9+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with strong On-Premises experience.
