🚀 Arab Calibers ’re Hiring: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer [Remotely for Islamic Bank in UAE]We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join a Digital IT / Business Applications team and play a key role in the development, customization, integration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Online.🔹 Key Responsibilities- Lead grooming sessions with business stakeholders, provide solution recommendations, estimations, and technical task breakdowns.- Design and develop end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.- Develop and customize UI/forms, Plugins, Workflows, Power Automate flows, security configurations, reports, and dashboards.- Work extensively across Sales, Customer Service, Customer Voice, and Power Pages.- Develop and manage integrations using Web API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP.- Troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain the Dynamics CRM platform.- Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and stakeholders within an Agile/Scrum environment.- Conduct technical demos and ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.- Mentor junior developers and promote development standards and best practices.🔹 Requirement- 5–8 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer.- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Cloud configuration, customization, Plugins, and Workflows.Strong experience with:- Dynamics 365 Customer Service Hub- Unified SLA & Knowledge Base- Dynamics 365 Marketing (Outbound & Real-time)- Customer Voice- Sales- Power Apps & Power Pages- Power Automate Cloud Flows- Strong development experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web APIs.- Experience with Azure Synapse Link and Data Flows.- Experience with Jira and Confluence.- Experience working with product/technology delivery and support teams.- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.- Bachelor's degree or equivalent university degree.- Banking industry experience is preferred.If anyone is interested, please send your CV to o.rahman@arabcalibers.net with mail subject "CRMDev365"
